The City Truck Co. started from a simple observation: the Suzuki Jimny is one of the most desirable small 4x4s ever made, but getting one into the UK — properly, legally, and at a fair price — was unnecessarily difficult.
We built the business to change that. Based in Derbyshire, we source Jimny Sierra 3-door and Sierra Nomade 5-door vehicles directly from Japan, handling every aspect of the import, compliance and preparation process ourselves.

Our approach is deliberately different from a traditional dealership. We don't hold stock. We don't have a forecourt. We have trusted Japanese suppliers, deep knowledge of IVA compliance, and a preparation process that leaves nothing to chance.
Every vehicle we deliver has been personally sourced to a specific customer's requirements, fully complied to UK law, and prepared to a standard we'd be proud to drive ourselves.

You know every cost before you commit. Our OTR price is exactly that — on the road, everything included. We never add charges at the end.
IVA, NOVA, MOT, speedometer, CarPlay, rear camera, underseal, warranty — not some of these. All of them, every time, without exception.
We're a small team. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your order and communicates proactively throughout the process.
Our founder spent years in the Japanese import trade managing full import pipelines, IVA compliance, and Jimny sales at scale before establishing The City Truck Co.
